This tool is very good! I would potentially prefer Paint .Net in terms of functionality, but this one is small and doesn't use .Net, which makes it portable. It thus resides on my pen drive.Of course, I'd like to give it a 5, but clearly there are much more powerful out there. I'm tempted to mention PhotoShop and the magnetic lasso, but I'm sure I'd be told that I'm asking too much! Basic stuff like rotating text without having to convert it to a raster layer would be nice for instance.
